Rewriting has the potential too however, yeah I have to agree it's not as powerful as original content. Though if it's well written stuff then I don't see why.

As a writer, the only thing that I get really ticked off over when it comes to SEO writing is keywords. I know we're supposed to keep it low and all but it just sucks when I run into obviously stuffed articles.

Sure they bring in clients and all due to the SEO keywords but it's a turn off really.

I think putting a human element still in the writing, without being too obvious about the business/marketing behind it should be considered.

I don't think it should be compromised just so you can rake in cash, the whole 'human element' is just as profitable too you know. Customers love it when you make them feel like they're with someone warm.

Keywords are definitely here to stay without a doubt.

They'll last a long while from now, as a business tool. Prior to all these, keywords were reserved to planning and reporting, not actual business measures.

OH. So that's what back linking/link building is? I wasn't aware I've been seeing and encountering it for quite some time until I knew what it was called now.

They're embedded links on the net that refer one to a specific website. Usually works hand in hand with keywords, if they're in articles. Can be done through other means as well though.

I remembered someone asking if I knew how to go about it and said I didn't.

What a waste!
