The Free Google Keyword Research Tool was specifically developed to help advertisers who use the Google “Adwords” Pay Per Click online advertising service, but it is quite useful to anyone doing keyword research, particularly search engine optimization practitioners.
Enter a keyword and it will show a list of related keywords as well as an approximate amount of searches for that term in the past month, and an average monthly search for that keyword over the past year.
There is also information about how competitive a keyword is, which uses the quantity of advertisers bidding on the pertinent keyword relative to all keywords across Google.
